Welcome to the Adult Day Services Network of Contra Costa

The Adult Day Services Network of Contra Costa is a nonprofit organization. Our mission is to promote the eleven adult day services centers available throughout Contra Costa County, California in order to support and enrich the lives of seniors, people with disabilities, their families and the community.

We are here to assist you in finding a day program or other community service that meets your loved one's needs and yours as a caregiver. We help you navigate the programs based on your location and the differing services and specialties offered at each location. Our adult day programs enhance the lives of people who may be isolated, have disabilities, memory loss such as Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia, stroke survivors and many others as well as provide respite care for families. The opportunity to socialize, exercise, receive therapy services and be cared for in a safe and warm environment decreases the risk for premature nursing home placement.

We provide training and technical support to staff of the adult day services programs, assist in outreach for the programs and offer community education.
