Employment Opportunities/Career Opportunities
Adult Day Health Centers and some Adult Day Services Centers hire nurses, social workers, Class B drivers, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, dietitians, program assistants, recreation therapists, certified nurses aides, and home health aides on a full- or part-time basis.
Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers are always welcome at Adult Day Services Centers. Volunteers interact with the participants. This can include playing games, helping with arts and crafts, or just talking. Some programs also have volunteer musicians on occasion as well as people with therapy and entertainment dogs, etc.
